Business areas

We build and manage 12,500 hectares of farmland with 18,000 partner households, from seed selection and crop calendars to guaranteed offtake. Every lot can be traced back to its plot and harvest date.

Farming & sourcing

Every Thalvora product begins in the field. From a 14-household vegetable cooperative in Duc Trong in 1998, we have built a network of 12,500 hectares of partner farmland worked by 18,000 households across Lam Dong, Dong Thap, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Dak Lak and Binh Phuoc. Thalvora does not buy on the spot market: every growing area operates under an offtake contract, an agreed crop calendar and a dedicated agronomist.

A transparent partnership model

  • Long-term offtake contracts of three to five years, with a floor price published before each season and adjusted upwards when market prices rise.
  • Input support: certified seed, microbial organic fertiliser and biological crop protection, repaid after harvest at no interest.
  • A field team of 210 agronomists and technicians who visit farms on a regular schedule and coach growers on VietGAP and GlobalG.A.P. practices.
  • Payment within seven days of a lot passing quality inspection at the collection point.

Farming to the rhythm of each region

On the Lam Dong plateau, temperate vegetables such as spinach, cauliflower and baby carrots are rotated year-round in greenhouses and open fields, avoiding the peak rains from June to September. In Cau Dat, Arabica coffee is selectively hand-picked from October to January. In Dong Thap and Tien Giang, growers of Hoa Loc and Cat Chu mangoes, passion fruit and jackfruit use staggered flowering so that our factories receive steady supply for ten months of the year.

QR-code traceability

Since 2021, every Thalvora growing area has been digitised. Each plot carries its own identifier, and farm diaries, spray records, harvest dates and residue test results are logged through a mobile app used by the growers themselves. By scanning the QR code on the pack, consumers can see the growing area, the season and the processing plant behind the product in their hands.

Regenerative agriculture

  • Cover crops of legumes and rice straw mulch to reduce erosion on the sloping land of the Central Highlands.
  • Sensor-guided drip and sprinkler irrigation, using around 30% less water than flood irrigation.
  • Compost made from mango peel, coffee husk and passion fruit pulp residues from our own plants.
  • Integrated pest management, favouring biological traps and natural predators.
The best farmers are the ones who know in advance what they will grow, who they will sell to and at what price. Our job is to make that certain.

By 2028, Thalvora plans to add a further 1,500 hectares certified to EU Organic and Rainforest Alliance standards, prioritising cooperatives run by young farmers.
