Mr. Vo Quang Huy has more than 18 years of experience running food and beverage plants. He joined Thalvora in 2013 as manager of the Tien Giang dried fruit plant, where he commissioned the soft-drying, vacuum-frying and IQF freezing lines. Since 2019 he has been responsible for all three plants in Duc Trong, Tien Giang and Binh Duong, with a focus on automation, energy efficiency and by-product reuse. Under his leadership, by-product utilisation has reached 92% and the Binh Duong plant has installed a 2.4 MWp rooftop solar array.
