Director of Quality & Food Safety
Ms. Pham Thu Ha holds a PhD in food science and has more than 20 years of experience in food testing and safety management. She joined Thalvora in 2010, built the company's first in-house laboratory and led its certification to HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 and BRCGS. She oversees quality control across all three plants and the growing areas, from residue testing in the field to packaging supplier audits. She also initiated the programme to reduce salt and sugar across existing product ranges.
