Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh Dung grew up in a vegetable-farming family in Duc Trong, Lam Dong. In 1998 she brought together the 14-household vegetable cooperative that became Thalvora, and served as Chief Executive for more than twenty years, leading the company from a small collection shed to a food business with 4,800 employees. She established the long-term offtake model with farmers and the QR-code traceability programme. Today she focuses on long-term strategy, regenerative agriculture and programmes that help young farmers start their own businesses.
