Ms. Dang Ngoc Mai has more than 15 years of experience in international trade in agricultural and food products, including time at a trade representative office in Japan. Since joining Thalvora in 2014, she has built a multilingual export team and expanded from Japan into South Korea, Europe, the Middle East and North America, growing exports to around 32% of revenue. She also leads domestic modern retail, food service and e-commerce, overseeing the network of 160,000 points of sale and the Bac Ninh distribution centre.
